'Mobile Library' project is commissioned by Seoul Innovation Park and Seoul city. 100,000 m2 site was occupied by Ministry of food and drug safety for last 60 years and the intention of the project is to revitalize and open the gate to the public for its first time. Currently, number of social companies and startups are gathered and occupied to solve social issues of Seoul. The Seoul city governments decided to open up the complex to vitalize natural interaction between the tenants and citizens. The key concept of the project derived from the logo 'cube' of Seoul Innovation Park. The cube is one of the most basic geometry, but yet, it creates dynamic manifold with small changes. Each Pavilions named after its externally exposed cladding characters, such as pipe, mirage, block attached and membrane pavilion. The very basic shape cubes are experimented and developed with various colors, finishing material and positioning angle etc. The membrane pavilion, on the other hand, is curvilinear shaped, which creates a strong contrast to the others but still stays in harmony with the surrounding of Seoul Innovation Park.

The block attached pavilion can be described as a parasitic pavilion. By being parasitic to an old existing building, it revitalizes and gives attention to the public. The name of the existing building is 'Miraechung', and currently largest facility building of the site. It visually overwhelms and not yet friendly to users by its incongruous 6 storey high volume. The pavilion attaches to the building in a tilted angle, which breaks the huge volume into a human scale. The brick wall of Miraechung can be seen from inside and used as the main exhibition wall. This pavilion is intended for library, exhibition area, meeting area, and others.

야외도서관 프로젝트(지식허브 프로젝트)는 혁신파크의 이미지가 대지에 시각적으로 형상화 되는 최초의 작업이다. 이 작업은 혁신파크의 로고인 ‘큐브’의 이미지를 근거로 시작되었다. 큐브는 모든 형태 중에 가장 기본에 해당하는 형이지만, 가벼운 변화만으로도 시각적으로 역동적인 이미지를 연출 할 수 있다. 기본에 충실하되, 함께 모이는 곳에서 다양한 변화를 창조해내는 것. 이것이 혁신파크의 주요한 정신이라 해석했고, 세 개의 파빌리온에 적용시켰다. 세개의 파빌리온은 큐브의 형을 유지하되, 색채, 소재, 형체의 다양성을 주어 기본과 창조성을 동시에 실험하였다. 그리고 또다른 하나의 멤브레인 파빌리온은 큐브와 강한 대비를 이루는 곡선을 전면적으로 활용하되, 혁신파크의 오래된 공원인 숲과 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 연출했다. 
 

Block Attached Pavilion은 일종의 기생파빌리온이다. 이때 기생은 숙주를 죽이는 기생이 아니라 살리는 기생이다. 미래청 건물은 혁신파크에서 가장 덩치가 큰 건물이다. 6층 높이의 큰 건물은 지나가는 사람들에게 위압감을 주고 있다. Block Attached Pavilion은 미래청 건물의 측면에 붙되, 정형적인 큐브가 아니라 기울어진 형체로 붙어서, 건물의 볼륨감을 깨면서 휴먼스케일의 안정감을 회복하는 작업이 된다. 내부에는 기울어진 공간속에 기존건물의 붉은 벽돌벽과 혁신파크 메인광장으로의 시야가 대비를 이루어 시각적 즐거움을 준다. 공간은 도서관, 전시관, 회의실 등 다양한 용도로 활용 가능하다.
