광나루는 수백 년간 사람들이 모이고 건너고 흩어지던 결절점이었다. 이 제안은 그 장소성을 새로운 체육 인프라로 재해석한다. 이벤트가 있을 때만 열리는 닫힌 컨테이너가 아니라, 도시로 확장되고 일상적으로 살아있는 3차원 격자 — Urban Weave. 체육, 문화, 커뮤니티 프로그램이 다층적으로 분포하고, 개방된 지붕은 한강 조망의 공공 플랫폼이 된다. 분절되어 있던 기존 시설들은 하나의 보행 네트워크로 재연결된다. 형태는 데코레이션이 아니다. 프로그램을 가능하게 만드는 도구다.

Gwangnaru, historically a river crossing where people gathered, dispersed, and moved on, sits on the urban axis between Achasan mountain and the Han River. The proposal reinterprets this character as a new kind of sports infrastructure: not a closed container that activates only on event days, but an open three-dimensional grid, Urban Weave, that extends into the city and remains alive daily. A Hybrid Active Grid distributes sports, cultural, and community programmes across multiple levels, while a continuous public roof terrace opens toward the Han River. Existing fragmented facilities are rewoven into a single pedestrian network. Form is not decoration. It is the tool that makes programme possible.
