리조트형 이미지에 머무르지 않고, 장소의 구조를 재해석해 새로운 주거 유형을 구축하는 데에 초점을 둔다. 지형과 바람길, 일조의 방향성은 배치와 매스의 기준축이 되고, 이는 각 세대가 확보하는 독립성과 원거리 시선을 결정한다. 조경의 밀도, 레벨차, 경계 구조는 시퀀스를 형성하며, 프라이버시와 개방감의 균형을 조율한다. 내부는 가변적 평면을 통해 거주자가 주거의 단면을 직접 재구성할 수 있도록 설계되며, 자연과 식물이 머무는 다층적 외부 공간은 수직적·수평적 관계를 이어주는 매개로 작동한다. 커뮤니티 공간은 미술관의 전이공간처럼 조직되어, 일상 속에서 고요한 체험을 유도한다. 이 프로젝트는 조형적 표현보다 공간의 질서와 비례, 그리고 시간이 축적될수록 드러나는 영속성에 방점을 둔다.

Rather than relying on familiar resort imagery, the project reconstructs the very structure of place to propose a new residential typology. Topography, wind corridors, and solar orientation establish the fundamental axes for massing and spatial organization, defining each unit’s autonomy and long-distance views. The density of planting, calibrated level differences, and boundary structures create a sequenced spatial rhythm that negotiates between privacy and openness. Inside, adaptable floor plans allow residents to reconfigure the architectural section according to their own ways of living, while layered outdoor spaces—where vegetation, light, and air accumulate over time—serve as mediators between vertical and horizontal realms. The community areas are conceived as transitional spaces reminiscent of a museum, inviting quiet, reflective experiences within daily life. The project prioritizes spatial order, proportion, and enduring presence over expressive form, aiming for an architecture whose value deepens as time and life unfold.
