​​​SETT 문화공간과 서분당 유리치 그린캠퍼스 프로젝트는 "이곳에서 자연은 일상적인 것이다"라는 개념에서 시작합니다.
불규칙한 대지 형태를 창의적으로 활용함으로써, 도로부터 산까지 이어지는 독특한 매스 구성을 통해 자연적 형태의 조화와 도시 내에서 독보적인 랜드마크로 자리 잡도록 설계되었습니다.

컨텍스트를 캔버스로: 건축공방의 사이트 반응형 디자인 전략
자연 풍경을 건축에 통합하는 것은 건축공방의 핵심 철학 중 하나입니다. 건축물의 위치, 형태, 재료 선택을 통해 주변 자연 풍경과의 조화를 꾀합니다. 주변의 특징을 반영한 건물의 곡선 형태와 자연적 색조와 질감을 가진 재료의 사용은 이러한 조화를 실현합니다. 건축물은 주변 환경과 유기적인 관계를 맺으며, 마치 자연의 일부처럼 느껴집니다.

건축의 유동적인 형태에 대한 탐구는 현대 건축의 중요한 흐름입니다. 우리는 건축이 단순히 고정된 구조물이 아니라, 주변 환경, 계절, 사용자의 활동에 따라 변화하는 살아있는 공간이어야 한다고 생각합니다. 유동적인 형태의 건축은 자연스럽게 변화하는 환경에 적응하며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 다양한 모습을 드러냅니다.

건물의 지반층은 자연과의 소통을 극대화하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 전면을 저철분 유리와 글래스 핀(GLASS FIN)으로 구성하여, 외부와의 개방감을 증대시킵니다. 이러한 입면 설계는 건물 내부에서도 자연스러운 채광과 탁 트인 전망을 제공하며, 건축물이 주변 환경과 조화롭게 어우러지도록 합니다.

자연과 일상의 상호작용
SETT 문화공간과 서분당 유리치 사옥은 단순히 기능적인 공간을 넘어, 사용자가 자연과 지속적으로 상호작용할 수 있는 공간을 창출합니다. 매일의 생활 속에서 자연의 아름다움과 조화를 경험할 수 있도록 합니다. 프로젝트는 도시 생활과 자연 요소의 결합을 통해 새로운 건축 언어를 제시합니다. 사용자에게 새로운 경험을 제공하며, 건축이 단순한 공간을 형성하는 것이 아닌 삶을 풍요롭게 하는 예술적 표현이 될 수 있음을 보여주길 기대합니다.

SETT Culture Center & Urich Green Campus Project start from the concept that "nature is a daily presence here." By creatively utilizing the irregular land forms, the project is designed to harmonize natural shapes and establish itself as a unique landmark within the city through a distinctive mass composition that extends from the roads to the mountains.

Context as Canvas: Site-Responsive Design Strategy of ArchiWorkshop
Integrating natural landscapes into architecture is one of the core philosophies of ArchiWorkshop. Through the positioning, form, and material selection of buildings, it seeks harmony with the surrounding natural landscape. The use of curved shapes that reflect the surrounding features and materials with natural hues and textures realize this harmony. The buildings establish an organic relationship with their environment, making them feel like a part of nature.

Exploring Fluid Forms in Architecture is a significant trend in contemporary architecture. We believe that architecture should not be merely fixed structures but living spaces that change with the surrounding environment, seasons, and user activities. Fluid-form architecture adapts to naturally changing environments and reveals various appearances over time.

The ground floor of the building aims to maximize communication with nature. By composing the facade with low-iron glass and glass fins, the design enhances the sense of openness to the outside. This facade design provides natural lighting and expansive views from inside the building, ensuring that the architecture harmoniously blends with its surroundings.

Interaction between Nature and Daily Life
SETT Culture Center & Urich Green Campus create spaces that go beyond mere functionality, fostering continuous interaction between users and nature. They enable users to experience the beauty and harmony of nature in their daily lives. The project presents a new architectural language by merging urban living with natural elements. It aims to offer users novel experiences, demonstrating that architecture can be an artistic expression that enriches life, rather than just forming physical spaces.​
