운정4동 마을형 그린캠퍼스는 자연과 어우러지는 공간으로 설계되어, 주민들이 함께 모여 배우고 즐기며 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 곳입니다.

저희가 제안한 마을형 그린캠퍼스는 생활 편의와 지역사회의 다양한 필요를 충족시키기 위해 지속 가능한 디자인 방식을 채택했습니다. 공원 안에 있는 듯한 자연 친화적 디자인과 휴먼스케일의 복지프로그램들이 포용적으로 위치하여 주민들이 직관적으로 공공 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

모든 연령층의 주민들이 함께 이용할 수 있는 다양한 커뮤니티 공간이 마련되어 있어 주민들이 서로 소통하고 교류할 수 있고, 쉽게 접근하고 배울 수 있는 교육 환경을 조성하여 다양한 학습 기회를 제공합니다. 또한, 일상의 활력을 더해주며, 생활 편의를 돕기 위해 카페, 레스토랑, 헬스장, 의료 시설 등 다양한 편의 시설이 제공됩니다.

이와 같은 특징을 통해 운정 마을캠퍼스는 주민들이 자연 속에서 서로 소통하고 성장할 수 있는 공간을 제공하며, 지역사회의 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하는 새로운 복합행정센터를 제안 합니다.

The Unjeong 4-dong Village Green Campus is designed as a space that harmonizes with nature, helping residents gather, learn, enjoy, and grow together.

Our proposed Village Green Campus adopts sustainable design methods to meet the diverse needs of the community and provide convenience in daily life. The nature-friendly design, which makes it feel like being in a park, and the human-scale welfare programs are inclusively positioned to allow residents to intuitively access public services.

Various community spaces are available for residents of all ages to interact and communicate with each other, creating an educational environment that is easily accessible and conducive to learning. Additionally, to add vitality to daily life and provide convenience, various amenities such as cafes, restaurants, gyms, and medical facilities are offered.

Through these features, the Unjeong Village Campus proposes a new complex administrative center that promotes sustainable development in the community by providing a space where residents can communicate and grow together in nature.​
